The weekly classes are both based on Taoist internal
exercises focusing on the awareness of the organs and
their connection with the senses, emotions and other
components related to our immediate and cosmic environment.
Both classes are complimentary to each other. The Monday
class focuses on charging and spending energy through
movement and Wednesday is geared more towards meditation.
Mondays 10am - 12pm
ChiGong practices into movement. This work includes
postural and internal activation of energy as well as
spontaneous dynamic movements. Deep core empowerment
of the body in motion guaranteed.
Wednesdays 7 - 8:30pm
This class offers meditative guidance to turn our attention
inwardly, connect with our inner universe, and feed
it with the outer universe. With these practices one
can find a deeper understanding of the emotional self
and become confident to let go of negative patterns.
It opens the connection between the physical, the mind
and the spirit.

Class consists of moving, shaking, stretching, pulling,
bouncing, vibrating, patting, sweeping, rocking, swaying,
and generally having fun with your body. The exercises
are very simple and accessible to all levels, and
at the same time quite profound because we develop
your coordination and mind-body connection, not just
physical endurance. You will leave the class relaxed
and vitalized and your mind will be focused and ready
for anything!
